New Life Church Advent 2022 Sermon Series: SIMPLY JESUS

Again this year, I was blessed to have the opportunity to create three artworks to complement the sermon series entitles, SIMPLY JESUS. The first painting represents HOPE: Jesus, the light of the world and our hope. The second painting depicts JOY—Jesus laughing and enjoying time with the children. And, finally…SIMPLY JESUS. Murals for Lenten sermons series entitled “Seven-Mile Miracle”, New Life Church, Midlothian, VA

February 2018

Two murals were created, one entitled “Jerusalem” and the other entitled “Emmaus”. The City of Jerusalem is depicted as it might have been during the time of Christ.   Emmaus is a town mentioned in the Gospel of Luke of the New Testament in which Luke reports that Jesus appeared, after his death and resurrection, before two of his disciples while they were walking on the road to Emmaus.
